This apartment complex is not what you think . It’s dirty someone has to come and get your trash so every one leave there trash out side there door to be pick up so the cement floor are dirty the stairs always have trash . Also I’ve ordered stuff that cost allot of money and been stolen from my front door and from the office locker . They don’t have cameras. They lied about give us a newly remodeled apartment like the one they gave us a tour in and when we move in they gave a I places that was not remodel. That same week we have to complian about the dryer that was not drying our clothes . The floor is popping up . Not worth it way to expensive for this

I have lived here 5 years and Arium is the 3rd company to take ownership, following Greystar and Rosemont Ridge. I must say this company is more attentive and humanistic than the previous ones, and the face of the office is most definitely Karen. Whenever I have an issue, from as small as getting to a package after hours to moving to a whole different apartment in order to save money, Karen is supportive and facilitates a seamless process. She knows this business, both technically (legalese, details, 'the rental industry', etc.) and even more importantly, as you will read over and over, Karen understands how to communicate with people--in every state of emotion and crises. Hang out in the office for a few min while you wait to talk with her and you will likely see her deft communication skill set in action. Can we please ensure she is promptly promoted? (If Karen or Curtis left, there may or may not be be a resident revolt... and it may or may not be led by me.. haha... but seriously--read the reviews/ask residents!) We need to keep supportive teams together just like Karen told me, "We like to keep our good residents." as she was taking me to tour my new apartment (50 feet away from my previous apartment). They have revamped the pool furniture and made some necessary adjustments, such as building numbers on all 9 apartment complexes for your hard working delivery drivers! As you can search the amenities of Arium, my favorite aspects of the property: It is extremely dog friendly! Many friendly residents and their dogs like to convene in the evening for an informal happy pup hour. They also have 2 gated dog ‘parks’ that you can schedule play time or just get in some more training time with you and your dog--we have spent many hours there! The pool is a fun amenity, especially for kiddos in the summer! You can expect it to be extremely crowded in the evenings, and especially during property sponsored events like concerts and pool parties. Trees--such an incredible variety and beautiful courtyards to walk in... I would not sign into a new lease into a new building at the same complex after 5 years if I did not have such easy access to accommodating staff and such a beautiful space to live.

Karen was absolutely fantastic! I had to change my move in date because of a work trip. She was flexible, made it a pleasant and welcoming experience. Any questions I had she answered. On move in day there was a pool party. It was nice to see that they had something fun for residents.

Hello dear, I have been living here since November/2024 and we are happy for the way the maintenance response to anything that’s broken or needed to be fixed. Another person that keeps us here and my family is the beautiful soul Karen in the leasing office. She has a good heart and she takes the time to listen to you. We had an incident where my husband’s car was booted in error , she immediately called and spoke with the office in charge and they removed the boot right away without us paying the fines. Please keep her around for us residents because it’s hard nowadays to find great leader with emotion intelligence with a heart the serve people . Thank you for keep this place clean and conducive for our family .🥰🥰🥰

I have had such a great experience working with Karen and the staff at ARIUM. When I first toured we sat down and I told her what I was looking for and she helped me match a floor plan perfectly. She was clear on what was due before move in and even called after I submitted everything to make sure my questions were answered. Their customer service has been exceptional through the tour, lease signing, and move in process!
